The Accelerated Free Fall (A.F.F) Course is an intensive fast track method of gaining your British Parachute Association (B.P.A)
sky diving qualification.
Please note the upper weight limit for this course is 14 stones
This training course is broken into 8 levels and is designed to take you from a complete beginner and train you to be a confident
sky diver within 8 levels.
The course will normally be in groups of 3 students per instructor with the emphasis being on having fun!
The course will start with ground training in which you will learn the following:-
Orientation & Documentation
Familiarization with Fitting of Equipment
After Landing Procedures
The Stable Position
Aircraft Drills & Emergency Drills
Abnormal Landings
Landings, including practical Parachute Landing Fall(PLF) Training
Canopy Control & Flight Drills
Malfunction & Reserve Procedures
Written Examination
After completing your ground training you will be ready for your first Skydive!!
Levels 1-3 will be done with 2 instructors where you will learn to do the following:
Good Stability in Free Fall
Height Awareness
Instructor Awareness
Good Body Position
Maintain A Heading
Deploy The Parachute Without The Instructors Assistance
